Week 6

We pushed back our time last week because of Gallery Night which made the 2 paintings almost back to back to stay on track. This one was fun and loose, the most difficult part was the covering an old painting underneath! That was technically difficult because of the high contrast but for me felt somewhat like covering up the "old" me. Even though the art underneath was unfinished and poor in quality, it was a piece from a moment in life. Getting started on it was hard for that reason, however I'm letting go and moving- trying to let the new come.
